Dr. Eugene V. Reeves is President/CEO of Guardian Angel Global Logistics LLC, USA. A strategic visionary leader providing oversight and planning to over 500 ministries and businesses worldwide, he is also the CEO of Restoring Lives Community Development Corporation, Genesis Business Development Corporation, and founder and CEO of New Life Anointed Ministries International.

He served the United States Army as a Senior Logistics Officer for over 21 years. In this capacity he served as both commander and on the most senior staffs of the US Army. After retiring from the Army, he served as manager of the Emergency Operation Center for the US Department of Energy and as Chief Operations Officer of a top 100 information systems company.

E V Reeves established the Guardian Group to help developing countries and communities around the world eliminate poverty. The Guardian Group forms coalitions with governments and other nonprofit organizations around the world to accomplish its purpose.


DR. EUGENE VICTORY REEVES, CEO

Leon has over 38 years of extensive knowledge and experience in Operations and Logistics. He served for over 21 years in the United States Marines Corps. Many of his duties entailed but not limited to coordination and movement logistics to various locations around the world. Now, working in the civilian sector of over 17 years, his experience has led to him manage projects and budgets totaling well over $150M.

As a Strategic Expert, nationally and internationally, he knows how to effectively task to ensure mission accomplishment. With a focus on executive levels of the government, he knows the expectations and responsibilities needed to execute successful projects. He has been married for over 39 years to his wife and they have 3 children.


LEON THOMAS HAMMOND, VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Tony has degrees and extensive knowledge in Industrial & Logistics Management. He has held senior leadership/management positions with Fortune 500 companies such as Honeywell, Lowes, and Fortune 1000 HON, in the areas of forward & reverse logistics, transportation, and process management. As a project manager, Tony was tasked to manage complex projects that resulted in creating new innovative solutions that were highly profitable for the company. Mr. Reeves also works as a consultant to improve the company organizations’ improvement plan using the Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma Management methodologies.

Due to his skill set, he has mastered the implementation of logistical, operational, and business strategies which were instrumental in the increase of substantial revenue growth and cost savings. With a proven track record in improving each organization in operations, logistics, and process management, Tony has consistently obtained measurable and sustainable improvements at each stop along his journey to Guardian Angel Global Logistics, LLC.


Sharon Darby-Thomas has over twenty-five years of Human Resources experience in service to multiple industry sectors. She brings a unique breadth and depth of experience in talent development, compensation, HRIS, training and development, organizational development, mergers & acquisitions, benefits and recruiting with over 15 years in leadership roles.

Her passion for the integrity of the human resources function and her vision to make the world a better place one company at a time uniquely positions her to effectively support Guardian’s mission to eliminate poverty in underserved communities around the world. Sharon remains devoted to demonstrating the critical contribution of human resources to organizational success by ensuring that human resources provides value-added results for optimum company performance.


John has over 45 years of Martial Arts training which has gained him an extensive background in Security and Personal Protection. As a revered member of the American Society for Industrial Security International (ASIS) and 12 years as a licensed Executive Protection Agent through the Departmental Criminal Justices System (DCJS), he has had the privilege to provide close quarter protection detail to some of the highest profile individuals in the country; with clients ranging from Fortune 500, Clergies, Celebrities and Politicians, (including 1 Presidential Candidate).

John is a firm believer that security doesn’t just start and stop with team and individual protection, but extends to risk, threats and vulnerability assessment and mitigation to combat ”Waste, Fraud and Abuse.”

John’s honesty and steadfast ability to resolve problems, together with an experience network of professional colleagues, has earned him an excellent reputation in the security and protective services field and community.


JOHN R. BUTLER, CORPORATE SECURITY

Kadi served over 20 years in the career field communication and information technology in the Army and Air Force. In supporting the warfighter, she engaged in various fields during her military tenure working as a project manager, a financial analyst auditing federal government contracts over $350M. She transitioned that experience to her real estate career focusing her energy to enable people to visualize their ability to become homeowners.

As a former nonprofit Executive Director, she supervised the fiscal budget execution, resource management structures, strategic and corporate planning, review of performance metrics of organization established by the board of directors. She oversaw design, marketing,promotion, delivery and quality of programs, products and services for the organization. Kadi managed volunteer-based initiative which provided over 1,000 families and 8,000 at-risk individuals with food clothing, housing, life changing initiatives, and educational empowerment. She effectively spearheaded the human resources division; supervising over 200 volunteers in various community events.

Her focus at Guardian is to initiate the process of assisting those in underprivileged countries by educating them in the goals of home ownership, providing them the capability to excel in information technology and propelling them to ascend to self-empowerment.


Dr. Sharon Brown is an attorney based in South Florida. She became the President of Malku Institute of Technology (Malku) in 2013. In 2006, she started Sonshine Global Partners as a Florida non-profit organization that organizes short term medical mission trips to Uganda, South Sudan, Togo and Ghana.

Dr. Brown received her Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in computer science from The University of Miami and her Juris Doctor (JD) degree from St Thomas University School of Law. She received a Ford Foundation Fellowship to pursue the Master of Laws (LLM) Degree in International Law at the University Of Miami School Of Law.


SHARON BROWN, CORPORATE ATTORNEY

Mark is a U.S. Army Veteran with extensive experience in Administration, Project Management, Construction and has been in the construction & renovation industry for over 20 years. Mark has overseen and handled many government construction projects in various states utilizing his expertise, leadership & supervisory skills, communication, and problem solving abilities.

He has managed many commercial property renovations including hotels, office buildings, church facilities, and apartment complexes within Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. He has held contracts with major asset companies in the United States to bring foreclosed homes to a sellable condition and averaged 100’s of properties in 13 different states.

Some of his past positions held were Vice President & Project Manager of the International Division for Super Block System, Inc., a Maryland based company with patents for Structural Insulated Panels (SIP) and Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) construction. He also held the position as Project Management for a Virginia base company with multiple contracts throughout the U.S. and at the White House.

Besides having an Associate in Applied Science degree, he is a licensed contractor in Virginia, a graduate of the National Veteran Institute for Procurement, an affiliate of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, and serves as an Adjutant with ongoing communication with local and international religious leaders.


MARK A. FISHER, CORPORATE CONSTRUCTION

Kojjo graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana with a Bachelors in Fine Arts. He is a born leader and has been instrumental in organizing and mobilizing various community youth advocacy groups through the medium of Fine Arts and Dance.

Kojjo played a pivotal role in helping establish Arts ministries in various faith-based organizations across Africa and the United States over the years. He worked as the Director of Arts Ministry of New Life Anointed Ministries under the leadership of Bishop Eugene Reeves. As a creative artist and conceptualist, Kojjo is a member and West African dance instructor at Divine Dance Institute in Maryland. He has been a part of several Arts productions , featured on the National Word Network Television and continues to teach, facilitate Arts conferences, workshops and events across the united States.

With over fifteen years of experience as an Educator and Early childhood Professional ,As a creative artist, conceptualist and movement minister, Kojjo is a member and instructor at Divine Dance Institute in Maryland. He continues to teach and facilitate at Arts conferences, workshops and events. He worked as the Assistant director at the New Dimensions Learning Center in Woodbridge Virginia.

Kojjo is the Director for the Heritage Village Project organization which has initiated , partnered and supported various programs in the community, providing opportunities to embrace cultural and racial diversity through arts education. The organization offers African dance and drum classes while empowering young people to develop and utilize their gifts to transform their communities. Kojjo works with Guardian Angel Global Logistics, coordinating the socio-economic, developmental projects related to young people across the Continent of Africa.
